I have just gone through that issue in my own YouTube Channel.

Starting July, YouTube made A LOT of videos uploaded before January 2017 private, because of changes in security settings.

Someone responsible for the channel needs to go there and mark those videos as public or unlisted again...

Nothing we can do from the outside, but maybe a good warning for everyone to check videos from your JUGs or your personal channels.

The issue affects most Unlisted videos and also Playlists from before 2017, but me and others have had some public videos from that time made private.

The best way to do that I found was to go the YouTube Studio, list all videos, select those that are now wrongly private, and edit them all at once.

I had more than 100 videos affected...
